Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI agents with Sierra’s customers in fast-paced production environments.
- Contribute code and product design to Sierra’s platform.
- Learn how to build agents that operate at scale and improve through real-world usage.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, operators, and customers.
- Participate in internal reviews and product discussions about agent capabilities.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or comparable program, in Computer Science or a related field.
- Professional experience in software engineering or product management, particularly in customer-facing responsibilities.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, Go, and other modern programming languages.
- Demonstrated curiosity and interest in AI applications through research, jobs, or side projects.
