Responsibilities
- Test Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SFRA implementations across multiple client brands.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation based on user stories and technical specifications.
- Execute manual functional, regression, integration, and cross-browser/device testing across desktop and mobile.
- Validate backend workflows, API integrations, payment flows, shipping providers, analytics tools, PIMs, and third-party services.
- Track and document bugs in Jira and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Identify QA risks and edge cases, recommend product-stability improvements, and help define SFCC QA best practices.
- Participate in standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of QA experience, including at least 2 years focused on eCommerce testing.
- Hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is required.
- Familiarity with SFCC Business Manager, content assets, promotional campaigns, and site preferences.
- Strong understanding of web application testing concepts including HTTP, REST, cookies, and session handling.
- Experience validating integrations with payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics tools, and PIMs.
- Ability to work across desktop and mobile using browser developer tools and debugging tools.
- Familiarity with Jira and test case management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with developers, stakeholders, and teams.
