Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable microservices and data processing systems using Golang.
- Model tax reporting business logic as durable workflows using Temporal.
- Implement and optimize data pipelines for financial events from Redpanda.
- Collaborate with tax analysts and legal experts to develop software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship in distributed system design.
- Ensure systems have auditability and traceability for compliance.
- Manage the full lifecycle of services, including CI/CD and incident response.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in Golang and its concurrency models.
- Experience in designing and building distributed systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
