Responsibilities
- Help architect and build the core of the design automation platform.
- Turn messy domains into clean, durable abstractions.
- Design the pipeline's stages and verification gates.
- Set technical direction for design automation and mentor team members.
- Leverage AI to build and utilize within the system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience building production software.
- Strong software engineering experience in Go, Python, or C#.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture and managing infrastructure.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to deliver reliable code.
- Experience using coding agents for rapid prototyping.
