Base Salary
$196k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering delivery on intelligent agent matching and personalized support experiences.
- Own and evolve core routing infrastructure for high availability and scalability.
- Consolidate fragmented routing logic into a centralized system.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Science, and partner engineering teams.
- Contribute to technical quality through design and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience in service-oriented architectures.
- Expertise in workflow optimization and backend systems.
- Experience with AI prompt engineering for AI/LLM-driven scenarios.
- Familiarity with RAG patterns and memory routing.
- Proficiency in crafting resilient backend systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s/Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
