Base Salary
$88k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define technical solutions aligned with client business problems.
- Assist regional partners with complex deployment solutions.
- Collaborate with sales on customer objectives and architecture exercises.
- Prepare model RFPs and responses to customer RFPs.
- Research technologies for client integration requirements.
- Provide thought leadership and ensure alignment with implementation best practices.
- Assist in the design and implementation of selected engagements.
- Demonstrate product and technical leadership on projects.
- Support delivery teams in deploying technical solutions and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Experience in a technical role in the public safety industry.
- Architectural mindset with the ability to view solutions from multiple perspectives.
- Extensive experience in a Professional Services environment.
- Vast experience with AWS and Azure Cloud Platform.
- Experience with IaaS/PaaS, microservices, and Docker containers.
- Proven experience in business analysis and solution design.
- Fundamental experience with Cisco collaboration solutions.
- Knowledge of networking and the OSI model.
- Understanding of VoIP and Streaming Technologies.
- Experience with configuring routers and firewalls.
- Flexibility to work with global teams across different time zones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections in pre-sales and delivery contexts.
- Quick learner of technology through instruction and self-training.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing international environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
