Responsibilities
- Act as an embedded technical owner for Finance systems, translating business requirements into integrated solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations across Finance's core systems, including NetSuite and ADP.
- Execute high-priority technical projects such as reporting migration and client portal development.
- Unlock underutilized NetSuite capabilities and lead all project phases with autonomy.
- Direct the ACS support contractor team and manage additional contractors for project spikes.
- Build secure, HIPAA-compliant data delivery mechanisms for Finance workflows.
- Maintain a prioritized engineering backlog for clear work scoping and justification.
- Identify and build AI-assisted automation across Finance workflows to improve efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools for Finance applicability and provide recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering or systems integration role.
- Hands-on expertise with NetSuite, including configurations and integration development.
- Experience with data pipelines and integrations involving Databricks or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in integrating payroll and financial systems like ADP with ERP tools.
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, billing, and financial operations workflows.
- Experience managing contractor or vendor relationships and maintaining accountability.
- Ability to design secure data handling solutions in HIPAA-regulated environments.
- Practical AI and automation experience applied to finance or operations workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
