Responsibilities
- Build and customize ServiceNow ticket-exchange integrations using ShareLogic Unifi Integration Designer, including no-code configuration and pro-code scripting.
- Develop bidirectional integrations that synchronize states, comments, work notes, and attachments between ServiceNow and endpoint applications.
- Build and unit test integration services and scripts using stubs and mock endpoints.
- Create reusable integration templates to accelerate partner and customer onboarding.
- Execute SIT and UAT test cases and investigate integration logs, message payloads, and HTTP requests.
- Monitor integration health, handle failed or stuck messages, replay transactions, and resolve integration issues.
- Support ServiceNow and Unifi upgrades through regression testing.
- Maintain integration documentation and follow ServiceNow development best practices.
Requirements
- Approximately 2–6 years of experience in ServiceNow development with integration tools.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of at least one of ServiceNow REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub, ShareLogic Unifi, or another eBonding/ticket-exchange integration platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow server-side and client-side development, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Scripted REST APIs, JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and MID Server.
- Knowledge of authentication and security mechanisms including OAuth 2.0, Basic authentication, API keys, mTLS, and credential management.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance.
- Eligibility for any required U.S. Government authorizations for export-controlled commodities and technology.
- Experience integrating with Jira, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, or other ITSM platforms is an added advantage.
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification is an added advantage.
