Base Salary
$170k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Resolve core service performance issues at scale.
- Build secure and compliant platform products that solve customer needs.
- Write high quality and robustly tested code, mostly in Java.
- Understand customer problems to build the right solutions.
- Document work to support the rapidly-scaling company.
- Interface with various company domains to strengthen the platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience building production software systems.
- Expertise in threading, optimizations, performance tuning, and concurrency management.
- Deep understanding of Java frameworks, resiliency, and encryption libraries.
- History of writing scalable, performant, and maintainable code.
- Excitement about shipping customer-centric software.
- Experience with Java >= 11, JPA ORM mapping, crafting SQLs, unit and integration testing.
- Proficiency using AI-powered development tools across the full software development lifecycle.
