Base Salary
$200k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to foster their growth.
- Understand customer needs to prioritize impactful solutions.
- Own project execution from planning to delivery with high quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to advance product initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership in system architecture and design.
- Work closely with founders to shape the vision for the AI platform.
- Partner with leadership to attract and define hiring strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Availability to work in-office 3-4 days a week in San Francisco.
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience leading cross-team projects.
- Proficient in using tools like Cursor/Windsurf/GPT.
- Experience building products from 0 to 1 with real users and revenue.
- Ability to operate independently without product/design support.
- Strong focus on shipping products quickly and efficiently.
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable software and documentation.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture.
