Responsibilities
- Design, experiment, build, test, and deploy backend services for Klarity's AI platform.
- Implement AI orchestration pipelines that handle real-world variability.
- Balance long-term architectural vision with a fast shipping cadence.
- Design systems for enterprise security and scalability.
- Collaborate across disciplines to turn product asks into technical specifications.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience shipping production code or strong portfolios from exceptional new grads.
- Proficiency in designing and building reliable, observable, and secure services.
- Experience with AI technologies and building AI-powered projects.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to anticipate future service needs.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows to enhance development speed.
