Base Salary
$238k - $302k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop new neural model architectures and decoding strategies to enhance performance.
- Improve accelerator FLOPS efficiency of ML workloads through compiler optimizations and low-level kernel authoring.
- Optimize ML systems for high performance on TPU and GPU clusters, focusing on scalability and reliability.
- Evaluate and integrate open source technologies to boost ML workload performance.
- Promote best practices for distributed systems architecture and provide technical leadership within the team.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Math, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
- Proficient in distributed systems design with a focus on ML efficiency.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, JAX, and XLA.
- Solid programming skills in Python and C++.
- Familiarity with profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks.
