Base Salary
$80k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand RTSM requirements.
- Configure RTSM projects based on customer requirements.
- Lead customer design review meetings.
- Provide RTSM expertise and guidance during design.
- Manage and configure data integration solutions.
- Facilitate and troubleshoot issues involved in complex systems and projects.
Requirements
- A two-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
- At least two years of customer service or other client relationship experience is required.
- Proficiency with business software, including MS Office and text editing software, is required.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Preferred qualifications include at least one year of RTSM/IRT experience, at least one year in the life sciences industry, and experience with Veeva Vault.
