Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot iOS applications and integration solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear, maintainable, performant, and secure code.
- Use established design patterns, development frameworks, software architecture principles, and modularization practices.
- Collaborate with delivery, QA, and business analysis teams to clarify requirements, design solutions, and deliver customer outcomes.
- Create and maintain documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in functional testing, code reviews, debugging, after-hours support, governance compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven iOS and mobile product development experience within collaborative teams.
- Ideally, at least 5+ years building mobile applications with Swift, UIKit, and Xcode.
- Experience with modern iOS development concepts and applications serving large user bases.
- Experience writing reusable and testable code, including unit and UI testing.
- Experience with software architecture, design principles, debugging, and code reviews.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with App Store Connect, TestFlight, and Firebase App Distribution.
- Ability to apply AI responsibly in engineering workflows and coach others on appropriate use.
- Strong communication, collaboration, conceptual, problem-solving, and business skills.
