Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, AI-enabled full-stack applications using Python, React.js, and Azure.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of solutions, including integration, scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Design and maintain robust Python backend services and intuitive React.js user interfaces.
- Evaluate existing systems and propose architectural improvements with detailed technical documentation.
- Lead technical design walkthroughs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Plan and execute automated, performance, and comprehensive testing strategies.
- Provide production support, real-time debugging, root-cause analysis, monitoring, and long-term stability improvements.
- Mentor junior and mid-level software associates and help guide adoption of coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across cloud-native architecture, scalability, and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, SMEs, and stakeholders within Agile development processes.
Requirements
- 10–13 years of experience with Python, Node.js, React.js, design patterns, data structures, web services, AJAX, and SQL programming.
- Strong full-stack development experience using Python, React.js, and backend APIs.
- Experience with APIs and event-driven architecture, including Kafka and Redis.
- Expertise in performance optimization for real-time systems and scalable cloud applications.
- Strong understanding of microservices, service-oriented architecture, distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, cloud scalability, high availability, and micro-frontends.
- Familiarity with AI/ML techniques including NLP, computer vision, and LLMs; experience building AI agents is a plus.
- Experience across the software development lifecycle, Git-based development, automated testing, continuous integration, DevOps, infrastructure as code, and infrastructure automation.
- Experience with secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management, requirements analysis, and solution design.
- Exposure to technologies such as Akka, Storm, Spark, Flink, and GraphQL.
- Ability to mentor and guide teams, foster high performance and innovation, and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to provide on-call support when needed.
