Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of the software development cycle to ensure quality integration.
- Understand the impact of software deployments on product quality.
- Test the product from the user's perspective.
- Create a reliable automated testing suite for continuous integration.
- Test cross-functional requirements such as performance and security.
- Coach the client's team to adopt a quality mindset.
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover potential risks.
- Advocate for clean code and test code refactoring.
Requirements
- Experience as a Quality Analyst within a development team.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and deployment strategies.
- Good understanding of TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and testing models.
- Knowledge of test data management concepts.
- Ability to perform various types of functional and cross-functional testing.
- Experience with defect tracking and management tools.
