Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle for margin trading and risk systems.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations teams to enhance system design and testing strategies.
- Set up and manage testing environments, developing detailed test plans and cases.
- Perform extensive testing including black-box, white-box, security, automation, and performance testing.
- Stay updated with the latest Java/Rust technologies and improve testing frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing, preferably in tech, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Strong programming skills in Java/Rust and familiarity with automated testing methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for debugging performance and system issues.
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language models is a plus.
