Responsibilities
- Design scalable and performant applications and systems leveraging MongoDB.
- Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams for account planning and pipeline generation.
- Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events.
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure success and satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in MongoDB solutions.
Requirements
- 8 - 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales with enterprise software.
- 3 years of experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
- Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to strategize with sales teams and align resources.
- Proficiency in Thai language at a business level.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
