Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise engineering teams to drive adoption of Devin.
- Architect and implement agentic workflows across various departments.
- Lead interactive programs such as workshops and pair programming sessions.
- Guide customers in installing and optimizing Devin and its tools.
- Demonstrate high-value usage patterns through pair programming on live problems.
- Track productivity metrics and surface ROI stories to expand Devin's footprint.
- Create enablement materials and best practices based on customer learnings.
Requirements
- Degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles with strong coding proficiency.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
- Track record of driving technical adoption and measurable impact in engineering organizations.
- Strong commercial instincts and understanding of account growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly.
