Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Build working prototypes connecting multiple tools and agents to demonstrate end-to-end workflows.
- Advise engineering leaders, architects, and developers and build trusted customer relationships.
- Translate customer requirements into end-to-end solution designs, including agents, tooling, human-in-the-loop controls, rollout practices, prompt strategy, and context configuration.
- Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops tailored to customer needs.
- Represent customer technical feedback internally and influence Product and Engineering roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate with post-sales teams on customer handoffs and onboarding.
- Maintain knowledge of the Grok platform and competitive landscape and support account planning and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to code alongside developers and present to technical leaders.
- Deep understanding of modern organizational workflows, including software development lifecycle, developer productivity, business systems, and cross-team processes.
- Hands-on technical ability, systems thinking, fluency with technical workflows and AI tooling, and an understanding of reliability at scale.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to translate technical details into business impact.
- Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Pre-Sales, or experience designing and building systems that automate work across teams and tools.
- Resourcefulness, adaptability, proactivity, and comfort running several evaluations in parallel in a startup environment.
