Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customer users and decision-makers.
- Translate customer industry challenges into product opportunities and roadmap alignment.
- Own customer onboarding and help delivery teams build useful, adopted solutions.
- Support delivery team planning, product coordination, deliverables alignment, and value measurement.
- Identify new customer problems and use cases, prepare proposals and commercials, and support contracting.
- Track customer engagement and collect feedback to guide product development and account growth.
Requirements
- At least 3–5 years of industry experience in a commercial, customer-facing environment.
- Background in data science or machine learning with end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle knowledge, or engineering experience with domain-specific industrial understanding.
- Ability to understand advanced engineering concepts and explain complex technical topics to stakeholders.
- Ability to learn the company ’s technology stack, cloud/software deployment, and product features.
- Experience or capability in customer onboarding, change management, roadmap planning, contract preparation, sprint planning, and delivery coordination.
- Strong strategic planning, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
