Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers.
  • Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows from prototyping through scalable production rollout.
  • Build demos, integrations, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex.
  • Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions for engineering teams.
  • Contribute technical guides, examples, patterns, and best practices to the OpenAI Cookbook.
  • Gather customer deployment insights and translate them into product proposals and model feedback.
  • Advise customers on solution architecture, operational readiness, model configuration, security considerations, and adoption strategy.

Requirements

  • Mandarin language ability is required for working with Mandarin-speaking customers and vendors.
  • 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical experience are required.
  • Active power-user experience with AI coding tools and deep customization of developer workflows is required.
  • Experience building demos, integrations, prototypes, and workflow automations is required.
  • Experience delivering large, high-impact workshops or technical training to engineering teams is required.
  • Experience contributing public technical guides, patterns, or examples is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts and guiding customer strategy are required.
  • Interest in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces and customer-driven solution development is expected.
