Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable trading infrastructure for 24/7 crypto market operations.
- Develop and maintain connectivity to centralized exchanges and DeFi venues.
- Create core services for strategy execution, automated pricing, and risk analytics.
- Optimize high-throughput order execution and build real-time market-data pipelines.
- Implement pre-trade risk controls and automated alerting systems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; finance background is a plus.
- 3–8 years of experience in software or data engineering, preferably in trading systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Rust, C++, or Python with a focus on code quality.
- Strong understanding of high-performance, low-latency distributed systems.
- Experience with FIX 5.0+, WebSocket, HTTP/2, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and data messaging systems like Redis and Kafka.
- Comfortable in Linux/Unix environments and cloud platforms.
