Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve the citizen-developer platform and tools.
- Establish secure SDLC and guardrails for citizen-developer applications.
- Build self-serve development and operations tooling.
- Design, build, and maintain Temporal-based workflow infrastructure.
- Contribute to Kubernetes and GitOps practices for safe deployments.
- Participate in code reviews and lead incident response for workflow services.
- Document standards and best practices for platform users.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Software/Platform Engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with a strongly typed backend language.
- Experience designing internal platforms or developer tooling.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and GitOps practices/tooling.
- Experience with platforms for non-product engineering users is a plus.
- Proven experience with workflow/orchestration systems is a huge plus.
- Comfortable in collaborative, multi-team environments.
