- Improve customer experience for both internal and external users.

- Learn and operate outside of areas of expertise.
- Communicate complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Build tooling to facilitate troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Moderate experience in software engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
- Ability to detect serious flaws in designs.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new programming languages and tools quickly.
