Responsibilities
- Lead the high-level design and long-term technical roadmap for the App Marketplace or Extension Framework.
- Design and implement core SDKs, webhooks, and UI-extension patterns for third-party developers.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, observability patterns, and security protocols across the team.
- Build documentation infrastructure, sandboxes, and tooling to improve the external developer experience.
- Develop and maintain ecosystem platforms and integrations with external financial institutions and third-party accounting, HR, ERP, and marketplace platforms.
- Collaborate with backend, product, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable ecosystem solutions.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and evaluate new technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience developing Internet applications, large financial systems, or e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in one or more coding or scripting languages such as Java, Kotlin, C++, or Python.
- Deep familiarity with the standard library, idiomatic usage, and best practices of primary programming languages.
- Direct experience building or maintaining a public-facing developer platform, app marketplace, or extension framework.
- Preferred experience with Domain-Driven Design for complex business logic and microservice boundaries.
- Preferred hands-on experience with cloud-native technology stacks including Docker, Kubernetes, and advanced observability tools.
- Preferred experience integrating AI/LLM models to automate integration workflows or enhance developer tooling.
