Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance custom Java full-stack software solutions across systems and applications.
- Build agentic AI applications, including tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and indexing, and integrate vector databases.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code and implement unit tests, integration tests, offline and online evaluations, and safety scenarios.
- Add observability and guardrails, prototype rapidly, demonstrate progress, and communicate trade-offs and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects showing experimentation and rapid learning.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
