Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex .NET-based software products, including technical roadmaps, integrations, and system interactions.
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, WinForms, Web APIs, Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL Server.
- Build service-oriented applications and integrations while ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentoring, conduct code reviews, and establish development and quality standards.
- Oversee technical decisions, project planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional discussions with architects, QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders.
- Support enterprise SDLC activities including requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, operations, governance, security, documentation, and audits.
- Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and documentation, and present updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development capabilities.
- Expert proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, WinForms, Web APIs, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture, enterprise integration patterns, and API-driven architectures.
- Experience working in large enterprise IT environments with structured SDLC processes.
- Ability to lead end-to-end product delivery as both a hands-on contributor and technical manager.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and documentation skills.
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, microservices, containerization, message-based architectures, regulated or security-sensitive environments, and UI/UX principles.
