Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the sales team from initial discovery to deal close.
  • Oversee initial discovery meetings and provide platform demos.
  • Translate customer business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Function as a technical expert throughout sales engagements.
  • Partner with field engineering teams for effective customer experiences.
  • Address customer needs through strong verbal and written communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Participate and speak at regional marketing events.
  • Enable customer-facing sales and channel training.
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve customer lifecycle effectiveness.
  • Travel 25-50% to engage with customers in person.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of operational or selling experience in endpoint operations or security.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing or support positions.
  • Significant software pre-sales or technical selling expertise in large enterprises.
  • Experience presenting to C-Suite and solution users.
  • Proven track record of managing complex initiatives successfully.
  • Broad knowledge of IT security, operations, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in endpoint security, IT operations management, or regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a mission-first attitude.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
