Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical support.
- Define the technical success plan for each customer.
- Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption.
- Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Identify and eliminate technical frictions for smoother adoption.
- Liaise between customers and support for optimized resolution experiences.
- Deliver personalized solutions that meet unique customer needs.
- Translate customer business needs into technical requirements.
- Identify opportunities for subscription expansion.
- Review and assess customer consumption to suggest upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong social skills to establish relationships with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a track record of innovative solutions.
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
