Base Salary
$220k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own Suno's billing systems across web and mobile, including Stripe and RevenueCat integrations, subscription lifecycle, and usage metering
- Lead the evolution of the billing architecture, including migration to a modern ledger-based model
- Participate in product and strategy discussions about Suno's monetization
- Build tools and systems that provide leverage to the broader team
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Experience with payments, financial infrastructure, distributed systems, or similar systems where errors have immediate real-world consequences is preferred
- Strong ability to reason about failure modes such as duplicate, out-of-order, or missing events
- Strong product sense alongside technical depth
- High standards for correctness
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Stripe is a plus
- A love for music is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
