Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end AI-powered product features across backend services and frontend interfaces.
- Design and implement LLM agent systems with tool use, planning, and multi-step execution.
- Develop streaming APIs and real-time conversational interfaces.
- Build and scale TypeScript and Python services for AI orchestration and document processing.
- Develop asynchronous pipelines using AWS Lambda, SQS, S3, and Textract.
- Design APIs and data models connecting AI capabilities to the core platform.
- Build responsive React and TypeScript UIs and contribute to frontend architecture and state management.
- Own features from concept through production and collaborate with product, design, and platform teams on AI roadmaps and architecture.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience building full-stack applications.
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency with React experience.
- Backend experience with Node.js/Express, Python/Django, or similar technologies.
- Genuine interest in AI/LLM technology and building AI-powered products.
- Experience designing APIs, including streaming and event-driven patterns.
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to ship iteratively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes LLM APIs, tool use, prompt engineering, agent architectures, document processing, OCR, streaming protocols, real-time UIs, multi-model orchestration, AI pipelines, high-throughput and low-latency optimization, and financial services or regulated-industry experience.
