Responsibilities
- Develop and execute software test plans based on ISO/IEC 25010:2023.
- Evaluate software and AI systems for intended functionality and quality characteristics including performance, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and safety.
- Create defect and remediation records, document clear reproduction steps and severity ratings, and capture supporting test evidence.
- Report testing results and findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in software testing and implementing testing best practices.
- Hands-on experience evaluating software and systems, including AI systems.
- Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 25010:2023 principles.
- Ability to develop test plans, execute tests, and document findings clearly with supporting evidence.
- Strong written communication and reporting skills.
- Preferred: experience with test automation tools and AI-assisted test tools.
- Preferred: familiarity with JIRA project/test management system.
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG/accessibility, IT security, and IT privacy compliance.
- Preferred: professional certification in software testing.
