Responsibilities
- Define and execute quality strategies, test approaches, and quality standards across products and teams.
- Perform end-to-end validation of software and hardware-integrated solutions using manual, exploratory, automated, and laboratory-based testing.
- Provide technical leadership in quality engineering, test automation frameworks, and testing methodologies while mentoring other engineers.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Development, Architecture, Operations, and Support to identify risks and establish release quality gates.
- Own quality metrics, release-readiness assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate customer workflows, operational processes, business impact, usability, reliability, compliance, and operational readiness during testing.
Requirements
- Ideally 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software quality engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience with test automation technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of API and integration testing.
- Experience validating solutions that combine software and physical devices.
- Knowledge of quality metrics, reporting, and release governance.
- Experience mentoring engineers, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to test automation practices is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of BPMN, Selenium, Playwright, Python, C#, Jenkins, GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
