$174k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver technical strategy for secure, low-latency compute infrastructure for AI agents and untrusted workloads.
- Lead architecture and implementation of isolation, scheduling, lifecycle management, networking, policy enforcement, observability, and control-plane capabilities.
- Own cross-team initiatives from problem definition and design through launch, adoption, and measurable operational results.
- Advance portable cloud-native execution across GCP and AWS.
- Champion reliability, security, privacy, incident learning, performance, and cost efficiency for a tier-0 platform.
- Improve developer experience through self-service APIs, automation, paved paths, and clear platform contracts.
- Set technical direction through written proposals and technical decisions, mentor engineers, and help grow an inclusive, high-performing team.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in agent infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Experience shaping platform architecture and technical direction for complex, high-impact systems.
- Ability to make trade-offs across security, isolation, performance, scalability, portability, cost, and developer experience.
- Experience leading architecture and implementation of cloud-native platform capabilities and owning end-to-end operational outcomes.
- Ability to influence across teams and geographies and coach engineers.
