Responsibilities

Design and manage the Money systems and services for commercializing Databricks products.
Develop innovative pricing strategies such as Pay-As-You-Go and promotions.
Enhance engineering efficiency, reliability, and response times.
Collaborate with commercialization experts to implement pricing plans.
Utilize AI and LLMs for cost insight and optimization.
Provide leadership in long-term vision and requirements development.
Represent Databricks at academic and industrial conferences.

BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Technical leadership experience in large projects involving real-time data processing.
Proven track record of building and managing reliable distributed services.
Demonstrated leadership skills across functional and organizational boundaries.
A proactive approach and passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
