Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites and frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to create test scenarios.
- Identify, document, track, and validate software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.
- Support UAT and production sanity testing when required.
- Generate and maintain testing metrics, reports, and quality dashboards.
- Continuously improve testing processes, automation frameworks, and quality practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Strong experience creating and executing manual and automated test cases.
- Working knowledge of SQL for database querying, data analysis, and validation.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and test lifecycle management.
- Experience with enterprise applications and business processes.
- Experience using qTest for test management.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for requirements, defect management, and delivery workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Agile/Scrum and DevOps knowledge, API testing with Postman or Bruno, CI/CD pipeline and automated quality gate experience, Playwright or Selenium experience, cloud and enterprise integration exposure, e-commerce or billing application experience, and familiarity with SAP environments and workflows.
