Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test solutions and frameworks using Playwright and Selenium with Java.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing and validate application functionality.
- Run end-to-end quality engineering activities focused on automation, accuracy, control, and integrity.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, contribute to key decisions, and align product goals with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in productivity and product quality.
- Work independently, manage tasks end to end, and use debugging and analytical skills to resolve problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Playwright is required.
- Strong automation knowledge in Playwright is required.
- Good automation knowledge in Selenium with Java is required.
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Experience designing and developing automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and defect management tools.
- Familiarity with ALM Octane or similar test management tools is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile methodology.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Copilot for improving testing efficiency.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
