Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium with Java automation scripts and reusable testing frameworks.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of applications.
- Analyze requirements, assess automation feasibility, and create, execute, and maintain test cases and scripts.
- Manage defects using defect-tracking tools and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions and automation strategy, and provide solutions to testing problems.
- Follow SDLC and STLC processes and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Use AI tools such as Copilot to improve testing productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- At least three years of professional experience is required.
- Five or more years of relevant QA automation testing experience is preferred.
- Strong automation knowledge with Selenium and Java is required.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and other software testing concepts is required.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, automation framework design, defect lifecycle, and defect management is required.
- Experience with frameworks such as POM or hybrid frameworks is expected.
- Basic knowledge of Playwright and familiarity with ALM Octane or similar test management tools are advantageous.
- Experience with Agile methodology and AI tools such as Copilot is preferred.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, independent-work, and end-to-end task-management skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
