Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and troubleshoot custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and execute test cases for REST and SOAP APIs.
- Automate API testing using testing tools and frameworks.
- Debug and analyze API responses to validate functionality and performance.
- Perform integration testing to validate end-to-end system workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Work independently, contribute as a subject matter expert, and participate in team discussions.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of total professional experience is required.
- At least three years of experience in API testing is specified.
- Proficiency in API testing is required.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, API test automation, debugging API responses, and integration testing is required.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and testing methodologies is required.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
