Base Salary
$217k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with Docker’s most important customers to accelerate their container and AI journeys.
- Engage with customer teams to gather technical and business goals related to their container and AI journey.
- Create and manage engagement plans to achieve critical business goals.
- Oversee rapid prototyping engagements with Docker engineering and customer teams.
- Deliver high-impact enablement and best practices content to customer audiences.
- Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally to represent Docker.
- Act as a thought leader for a specific area of responsibility within Docker.
- Gather field feedback from customer teams and coordinate with Solutions Architects.
- Work directly with product/engineering teams on workflows and feature alignment.
- Assist the sales enablement team with internal technical enablement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing customer relationships at both technical and business levels.
- Experience presenting solutions to small and large audiences, virtually and in person.
- Experience interfacing with internal product/software teams to enhance customer experience.
- Experience developing application code and understanding developer challenges.
- Ability to solve technical problems and provide actionable feedback for engineering.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, and DevOps.
- Experience with Docker or adjacent technologies strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 50%.
