Responsibilities
- Lead functional architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM Supply Chain programs from RFP response through go-live.
- Develop solution blueprints, process maps, fit-gap analyses, target operating models, and cross-functional integration designs.
- Lead client workshops and advise Supply Chain, Operations, and Logistics stakeholders during pre-sales and delivery.
- Design AI-enabled capabilities including demand forecasting, replenishment optimization, anomaly detection, and predictive operational insights.
- Ensure functional governance, solution integrity, design quality, risk management, dependency management, and design assurance across delivery teams.
- Contribute to global ERP standards, templates, accelerators, solution patterns, Communities of Practice, and mentoring of functional consultants.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Microsoft D365 F&SCM functional or consulting experience specializing in Supply Chain.
- Deep hands-on experience with D365 F&SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management, Master Planning, and Product Information Management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, planning cycles, warehousing operations, costing basics, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Experience leading functional design across the full D365 F&SCM lifecycle and managing cross-workstream alignment and solution coherence.
- Strong workshop facilitation, documentation, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and client-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- D365 Supply Chain certifications are preferred; Manufacturing certifications, manufacturing experience, finance expertise, and familiarity with Copilot, Azure AI, responsible AI frameworks, or AI accelerators are advantageous.
