Base Salary
$110k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect Coupa and connected procurement solutions for contract management, source-to-pay, and procure-to-pay workflows.
- Evaluate existing procurement processes, identify gaps, and develop scalable designs that improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Partner with procurement, legal, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and create functional and technical specifications.
- Configure or oversee configuration of Coupa sourcing, contracting, supplier management, invoicing, catalog, and approval workflow capabilities.
- Support data flow across the procure-to-pay lifecycle and validate designs against architecture, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on contract lifecycle management, including contract structures, approval workflows, obligation tracking, and template standardization.
Requirements
- 10-12+ years of progressive solution architecture or senior consulting experience focused on procurement and contract management platforms.
- Substantial hands-on experience building and delivering contract and agreement management solutions, including workflow setup, obligation tracking, and template standardization.
- Expertise in supply chain procurement and procure-to-pay functions, including requisitioning, sourcing, supplier onboarding, purchase order collaboration, and invoice processing.
- Extensive hands-on Coupa experience, including configuration of core procurement modules, catalog management, and approval workflows.
- Strong requirements analysis, business process mapping, and documentation skills.
- Coupa Certified Professional or equivalent procurement platform certification is preferred.
- TOGAF or comparable architecture certification is preferred.
