Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design for advanced ServiceNow workflow and dispute solutions.
- Define case, workflow, integration, data, security, access-control, performance, scalability, and resilience architectures.
- Own architectural decisions and trade-offs, evaluate alternative designs, and resolve complex technical challenges and escalations.
- Guide and oversee technical implementation across delivery teams, providing hands-on leadership during critical design, build, and deployment phases.
- Ensure architecture is accurately translated into configuration and code while maintaining ServiceNow best practices and architectural standards.
- Lead technical workshops, customer discussions, architecture reviews, and workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
- Design secure integrations with card networks, external processors, core banking, fraud, document systems, third-party platforms, and APIs.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, resolve issues affecting delivery timelines or quality, and balance delivery speed with architectural integrity.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members and collaborate with solution architects, developers, quality testers, CMAs, customers, and project leadership.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and travel to client sites as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Typically 4–6 years of relevant IT experience, including extensive hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture experience.
- Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM certification.
- Extensive experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions and leading technically complex implementations.
- Prior consulting experience and the ability to lead technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others, along with strong executive communication, problem-solving, teamwork, relationship-building, adaptability, dependability, and organizational skills.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly preferred.

- Base salary is listed as $142,600 to $261,500 for U.S. geographic locations and $171,200 to $297,200 for the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California excluding Sacramento.
