Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design for ServiceNow disputes and financial services workflow solutions.
- Define case management, workflow, integration, data, security, access control, performance, scalability, and resilience architectures.
- Own architectural decisions, resolve complex technical challenges, and act as an escalation point for performance issues, integration failures, and architectural constraints.
- Guide technical implementation activities and provide hands-on leadership during critical design, configuration, coding, build, and deployment phases.
- Lead solution design workshops, customer technical discussions, architecture reviews, and technical risk mitigation.
- Architect integrations with card networks, external processors, core banking, fraud and document systems, third-party platforms, and APIs.
- Provide direction and feedback to team members and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
- Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences while collaborating with solution architects, developers, quality testers, CMAs, customers, and project leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- Typically 4–6 years of relevant IT experience with extensive hands-on ServiceNow development or architecture experience.
- Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM certification.
- Extensive experience architecting and delivering ServiceNow solutions and leading technically complex implementations.
- Ability to lead technical discussions confidently with customers and stakeholders, with prior consulting experience.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others, plus strong executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization skills.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly preferred.
