Base Salary
$139k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead AI solution architecture and ensure alignment with client strategy, technical requirements, and best practices.
- Own and drive sales cycles including opportunity identification, qualification, solution shaping, proposals, pricing inputs, and deal closure.
- Translate business requirements into AI solution scopes, value propositions, and scalable architectures.
- Analyze client processes, systems, and data landscapes to identify AI transformation opportunities.
- Lead estimation, technical design, proposal development, and solution delivery activities.
- Deliver AI engagements as an AI subject matter expert, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Provide governance, quality assurance, and best-practice guidance across AI project teams.
- Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and pre-sales presentations.
- Develop AI assets, accelerators, methodologies, and go-to-market capabilities.
- Collaborate with global teams and partner ecosystems to scale AI capabilities and drive innovation.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in AI, data, or consulting roles, including at least 3 years in client-facing leadership.
- At least 3 years contributing to or leading end-to-end sales cycles involving complex deals.
- At least 5 years designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, including 3–5 full lifecycle implementations.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Machine Learning.
- At least 2 years developing or deploying generative AI or agentic AI solutions in production.
- At least 5 years programming in Python for analytics and software engineering, including modern AI libraries such as LangChain and DSPy.
- At least 4 years applying data and analytics to business problems, including data preparation, pipeline development, and distributed system integration.
- At least 3 years working with DevOps, MLOps, SDLC, and Agile development practices.
- At least 5 years in client-facing roles involving stakeholder engagement, workshops, and solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience; candidates without a degree may qualify with 12 years of experience, and candidates with an associate degree may qualify with 6 years.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified AI Engineer or equivalent certification, management consulting or systems integration experience, Azure Databricks experience, distributed data processing, streaming and time-series analytics, machine learning principles, enterprise and infrastructure architecture, production-ready coding, and go-to-market or capability-building experience.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, strategic thinking, leadership presence, and ability to work strategically and tactically are required.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, travel domestically and internationally, and operate in a global, matrixed environment.

- Compensation varies by location, with listed U.S. base salary ranges from $139,200–$165,300 to $164,800–$195,700 depending on location.
