Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead AI solution architecture and ensure alignment with client strategies, technical requirements, and best practices.
- Own end-to-end sales cycles, including opportunity identification, qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, pricing inputs, and deal closure.
- Translate business requirements into AI solution scopes, value propositions, and scalable architectures.
- Analyze client processes, systems, and data landscapes to identify AI transformation opportunities.
- Lead estimation, technical design, proposal development, and solutioning across presales and delivery.
- Deliver AI engagements as an AI subject matter expert, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect.
- Provide governance, quality assurance, and best-practice guidance to AI project teams.
- Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presales presentations.
- Develop AI assets, accelerators, methodologies, and go-to-market capabilities.
- Collaborate with global teams and partner ecosystems to scale AI capabilities and drive innovation.
- Travel domestically and internationally and work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in AI, data, or consulting roles, including 3 years in client-facing leadership.
- At least 3 years contributing to or leading end-to-end sales cycles and multiple complex deals.
- At least 5 years designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, including 3–5 full-lifecycle implementations through production deployment.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure Machine Learning.
- At least 2 years developing or deploying generative AI or agentic AI solutions in production.
- At least 5 years programming in Python for analytics and software engineering, including modern AI libraries such as LangChain and DSPy.
- At least 4 years applying data and analytics to business problems, including data preparation, pipeline development, and distributed-system integration.
- At least 3 years working with DevOps, MLOps, SDLC, and Agile development practices.
- At least 5 years in client-facing roles involving stakeholder engagements, workshops, and solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a quantitative field, or equivalent experience; candidates without a degree need 12 years of experience, while candidates with an associate degree need 6 years.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified AI Engineer or equivalent certification, consulting or systems-integration experience, and strong software engineering, data engineering, or solution architecture experience.
- Preferred experience includes Azure Databricks, distributed data processing, real-time and streaming analytics, time-series analytics, machine learning, enterprise and infrastructure architecture, and Master Data Management solutions such as Profisee.
- Demonstrated production-ready coding ability, strategic and analytical thinking, stakeholder influence, communication skills, leadership presence, and comfort operating hands-on in a global environment.
