Base Salary
$150k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, architectural discussions, solution design, and scoping for prospective and strategic existing customers.
- Design and present scalable end-to-end architectures using RESTful APIs and webhooks for complex customer workflows.
- Lead technical implementation and delivery of strategic enterprise deployments through go-live.
- Optimize existing customer architectures to improve adoption, reduce friction, and expand use cases.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex, service-impacting integration challenges.
- Mentor and coach Solutions Architects while defining technical standards, best practices, and collateral.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing technical architecture role supporting complex enterprise accounts.
- Deep expertise in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern system integration architectures.
- Hands-on experience integrating HCM, ATS, or enterprise workforce management platforms with third-party software and APIs.
- Ability to lead technical strategy and communicate with executive leaders and engineering teams.
- Experience mentoring technical peers, driving cross-functional alignment, and using data querying and analysis to troubleshoot complex issues.
