Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Optimize the Management Consulting practice’s technology stack by consolidating tools, improving integration, streamlining workflows, applying emerging technologies, and retiring redundant solutions.
- Design and govern scalable, end-to-end architectures for engagement lifecycle processes, delivery enablement, workflows, reporting, and analytics.
- Serve as the design authority by reviewing and approving architecture designs against enterprise standards, approved patterns, and sustainability goals.
- Define reusable solution patterns and reference architectures to improve consistency, scalability, and technical-debt management.
- Support product roadmaps, major enhancements, platform upgrades, and decommissioning decisions across the full product lifecycle.
- Partner with enterprise, platform, and foundational architects to apply security, data, AI, application, and infrastructure standards.
- Advise Product Managers and Product Owners on standard capabilities, configuration, customization, and custom-development trade-offs.
- Represent the practice in architecture governance forums and align practice, platform, and enterprise technology roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least ten years of deep architecture experience spanning multiple architecture domains, with depth in at least one area relevant to professional services solutions.
- Working knowledge and experience across cloud and infrastructure, security, identity and access management, data architecture and integration, application development architectures, process analysis, DevOps, and product management.
- Broad working knowledge of the Microsoft portfolio, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Compute and Networking, Security and Identity, Azure Integration Services, Application Development, Copilot, and related AI capabilities.
- Experience combining Microsoft capabilities with third-party platforms, packaged products, APIs, and custom-developed components to deliver integrated products.
- Experience evaluating native capabilities, configuration, customization, custom development, and third-party solutions based on business fit, interoperability, cost, risk, scalability, and sustainability.
- Ability to architect complete product experiences spanning business processes, user experience, applications, workflows, data, integrations, security, automation, analytics, infrastructure, operations, and lifecycle management.
- Experience designing solutions in professional services, consulting, or highly regulated services environments.
- Experience working within a product-centric or platform-based delivery model.
- Strong analytical, design-thinking, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
