Base Salary
$132k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across various AI platforms.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities while adopting new frameworks and best practices.
- Drive the evolution of core Identity Governance capabilities, enhancing existing functionality and performance.
- Partner with support teams to troubleshoot customer issues and improve product reliability.
- Monitor AI agent performance and security across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with teams to implement secure AI solutions using authentication and authorization principles.
- Contribute to observability by implementing logging and monitoring for AI agents.
- Document architecture, governance processes, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering roles with hands-on experience in data ingestion and processing.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and designing scalable data solutions.
- Extensive experience with BigQuery, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and large-scale data processing solutions.
- Familiarity with structured and unstructured data management concepts.
- Good understanding of distributed data systems and data integration patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
