Base Salary
$132k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI agent governance capabilities across Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Prototype and iterate on AI agent capabilities while evaluating emerging frameworks, platform features, interoperability standards, and governance technologies.
- Enhance identity governance capabilities including certifications, lifecycle management, workflows, and Separation of Duties.
- Troubleshoot customer issues with support and customer-facing teams while improving product reliability and customer experience.
- Monitor AI agent performance, usage, operational health, and security across multiple platforms.
- Implement secure AI solutions using authentication, authorization, and least-privilege principles.
- Implement logging, metrics, monitoring, and compliance capabilities for AI agents.
- Document architecture, governance processes, operational procedures, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and product teams to shape enterprise AI adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering-related software engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with data ingestion, preparation, processing, and scalable data pipelines using Apache Spark, Apache Beam, or Apache Flink.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and scalable data solutions for enterprise applications.
- Extensive experience with BigQuery, SQL, NoSQL databases, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting analytical queries.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and large-scale data processing solutions.
- Familiarity with structured and unstructured data management, distributed data systems, and data integration patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to Identity Governance concepts is a bonus.
- Experience with MCP servers, AI agents, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex is a bonus.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a bonus.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, enterprise-scale distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices is a bonus.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives is a bonus.
