Responsibilities
- Define and drive shift-left testing strategies, quality gates, automated testing, and static analysis across value streams and Agile Release Trains.
- Design and implement AI and GenAI accelerators and agents for requirements analysis, test design, test generation, and code quality assurance.
- Conduct current-state assessments and define target architectures with phased, measurable adoption roadmaps.
- Build reusable prompt libraries, frameworks, and enterprise governance structures.
- Track outcomes including cycle time, defect leakage, and cost of quality.
- Run client workshops and coach delivery teams on AI-assisted engineering and modern quality practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering, test architecture, or engineering practice roles with hands-on delivery ownership.
- Hands-on GenAI and LLM expertise, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic workflow design.
- Deep knowledge of shift-left practices, TDD/BDD, unit testing, API and contract testing, and quality gate design.
- Test automation experience with Selenium, Playwright, and REST API automation frameworks using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins and cloud platforms including Azure or AWS.
- Banking or regulated financial services experience and familiarity with compliance and governance requirements.
- Exposure to SAFe, Agile Release Trains, value streams, and large cross-functional programs.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and architectural decisions.
- Professional English proficiency; French and/or Dutch is advantageous.
- Preferred qualifications include ISTQB Advanced, SAFe, cloud or AI certifications, AI governance and responsible AI experience, reskilling program exposure, and a consulting mindset.
