Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable automated test scripts and frameworks for web applications, A/B testing, and personalization workflows.
- Automate test cases within each sprint to support in-sprint testing and faster release validation.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with centralized testing teams.
- Create test plans and strategies from product features and technical specifications.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them.
- Mentor QA engineers and improve overall QA coverage and results.
- Use generative AI and agentic development techniques for test generation, code review support, documentation, and workflow automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in QA and automation development.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright for full end-to-end automation across modern web applications.
- Experience writing test cases using JIRA and Cucumber.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Experience setting up test automation with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, React, and Java.
- Understanding of AI-assisted software development lifecycles and QA methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience using generative AI for test case generation and execution.
- QA automation experience in eCommerce and test automation integration with CI/CD are preferred.
